INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOLIDAY PROGRAMS

This program is to run for 6 consecutive days for each hitch. Usually the week of the holiday and the week after for the second hitch.

1. All crew members are to sign their name next to a number on the poster.
2. Everyday during that week a number is drawn. The person who signed next to that number is the winner of the prize listed at the top of the poster for that particular day.
3. If any person has had an OSHA recordable in the past year he is automatically disqualified from the drawing.
